Hello Ladies,
First off, my sincerest apologies for not having the tool done and submitted to Jade on yesterday.
This week, I would like to hear feedback on how being mindful, knowledgeable, and exercising gratitude is going. I have a few questions.
1) Please list at least three things you wrote down that sincerely thanked God for since week one.
2) When/if you found yourself complaining since week one, what was the complaint, and was there an
opportunity to be grateful?
3) When you picked out your card for that special someone, what feelings did you experience?
If your person received your card, what were their thoughts?
Thank you all for your participation!

1) I thank God for my family each and every day
ReplyDelete2) I thank God for His patience and love that he has for me.
3) I thank God for His forgiveness, and seeing me through each triumph and storm.
I found myself complaining a lot about work, and there is always an opportunity to be grateful, considering I have a job to complain about.
I chose to give the card to my children, because no matter what type of day I am having, their attitudes and love is consistent and unconditional. They enjoyed it because the card was given to them in conjunction with cookies and a balloon...LOL
I thank God that I am still able to exclusively breast feed King
ReplyDeleteI thank God that I have the means to provide for King
I thank God that I have a job that allows me to bring King to work a for a couple hours while I wrap up for the day
I have been having issues with my staff in which I find myself complaining about what they are or are not doing. The gratitude I failed to acknowledge is that I have been chosen to lead and been placed in a position to have people report to me. I am grateful for that. My actions do not always express my gratitude. But how do I express gratitude in my position while still attaining respect? In other words how I I prevent my kindness from coming across as a weakness.
